Agora is a robust, standalone embedded suite of modems with many on-board sensors and plastics options. and the ultimate cellular modem solution for IoT integration. Wireless options include any combination of Cellular CAT M1, LoRa, and Bluetooth 5.0/BLE, while sensor options include temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality, distance, sound, light, 6-axis accel/gyro, and 9-axis accel/gyro.

Find the Agora that Fits Your Needs

We have introduced two new variations of Agora to continue to evolve our products with changing industry and customer requirements.  Details about these products are outlined in the chart below.

Agora52

All of the things that you wanted to do with Agora can be done with Agora 52 with a few small changes to pin assignments and the removal of the 9-axis IMU and ambient light sensor. We made these feature changes based on customer use and common requirements.

Agora52 can run all the FreeRTOS-based code that EP has developed for the original Agora.

Agora53

This product allows has the same properties as Agora with extra processing power. For the Agora53, it requires Zephyr-based code.

Agora Development Kit | Agora + Flidor + accessories

The Flidor board is specially designed to complement Agora as the ultimate development, debug, and programming board. Featuring an NXP OpenSDA DAPLink debug circuit built around a K20DX microcontroller, Flidor provides an ideal solution to programming and debugging your Agora boards. Flidor also breaks out all accessible connections on the Agora into pin headers, jacks, connectors, and pushbuttons for the most simple of development experiences. Ideal for development with Agora and other Tectonic Edge™ compatible devices by Embedded Planet.

Mains-Powered | US-Style Mains Input

The Mains-Powered Agora configuration comes equipped with an AC-DC converter and custom housing so you can plug your Agora right into a US-style mains line and forget about it while it works for you. With the power budget to enable unrestricted continuous cellular transmission for years on end, there’s no limit on the range of uses for it. Ideal for applications with high power draw, set-it-and-forget-it deployments, LiPo restrictions, and more.
