epSDK: Faster Path from Agora52 to Connected Products

Embedded Planet is more than IoT hardware — and today we’re proving that with the release of the epSDK. We have created a Software Development Kit for Agora52 and all Embedded Planet systems built on with Agora52 at their core.

Written in C and running on FreeRTOS, epSDK delivers static libraries and example projects that give developers a proven, tested foundation to build.

Here’s what’s included out of the box:

• Communication interfaces — MQTT, CoAP, and HTTP over cellular; BLE; LoRa; CAN (OBDII/J1939); and more in progress including HTTPS over cellular and CoAP over NTN
• Cloud-ready — compatible with AWS IoT Core, Azure Event Grid, and Thingsboard
• Sensor support — humidity, temperature, pressure, gas, GNSS, IMU, time-of-flight, and more
• Bootloader included as a hex file with the static library
• Example projects for Connected Asset, Connected Equipment, Connected Sensor, and Connected Vehicle — available now on GitHub
